Who works at The Physio Room, Suffolk?
Alongside working in the NHS, Zoe has worked in private musculoskeletal physiotherapy clinics, and within sport. She also has a level 3 Sports Massage Diploma. Additionally, Zoe has completed Advanced Physiotherapy masters modules at the University of Essex and the University of Hertfordshire, and has achieved a PGCert qualification.
Zoe continues to attend courses to continue developing her skills and expertise. Extra courses have included: The Sporting Hip and Groin, Spinal Assessment and Management, Managing Achilles Tendinopathies, Patellofemoral Pain, Explain Pain, Running Repairs course.
Zoe has a wealth of musculoskeletal knowledge and experience which continues to help people achieve their goals, and improve their musculoskeletal health.
Outside of work, Zoe is usually spending time with her family, friends and her dog, and taking part in occasional running events!

Abi has also completed a Post Graduate Masters in Advanced Physiotherapy at the University of Hertfordshire in 2024, which is a huge achievement. This consisted of specialist lower and upper limb assessment modules alongside education of imaging modalities.
She has completed numerous courses over the years in taping, massage and manual therapies.
She developed her love for physiotherapy from playing netball, and still continues to play at local and regional level.
