Physiotherapy appointments

what to expect at your physiotherapy appointment?

Your initial physiotherapy appointment will include a full musculoskeletal assessment. We will have an in depth discussion about your current problem.

Following this, we will carry out a thorough physical assessment (this may include observing movements, strength testing, looking at the area, and other specific tests). This will help us identify the cause of your problem.

We will explain our assessment findings, and based upon this, we will discuss with you an individualised treatment plan.

We will commence treatment in this session.

Follow up physiotherapy appointments will review elements of assessment, and will aim to progress your treatment.
